I think for the fourth time EVER I had enough veggies ripe AT THE SAME TIME that I could actually make a salad *happy dance*.
It was a salad with only three ingredients but it sure tasted GREAT! Maybe in a few years when the stars align again we'll have another salad, but until then I'll have to live on the memory of this one.
